Love fage but has too many calories so i went to dannon 80calorie greek yogurt and yoplait 100calorie love them both too

I finally got myself in gear and started back up at the gym and boy do I feel better about myself but body aches like crazy well worth it though hopefully the pounds start coming off again

Was also told no caffeine

Does anyone have spurts where they go off and on to the gym because I certainly do I guess it's because I get so busy I don't feel like going! I know I need to go but just can't get myself motivated

I have a silly question about vitamins does anyone in here use gummy vitamins because I just went out and purchased a bunch because they were on sale! Then I spoke to my brother this morning and he said that bariatric patients shouldn't use gummy because they don't absorb properly so somebody please tell me I'm not the only one that does the gummies

I normally get a cold several times a year but since i've been taking all the vitamins they told me to take haven't been sick for almost a year knock on wood lol! If your not on vitamins you should give it a try

It's been almost 11 months since I've had my surgery I was at 387lbs its been a struggle day to day with all the cravings but as of last week I have lost 202lbs and in a size 10-12 jeans! I'm just hoping and praying that I don't fail! All the support groups are on the nights that I work would actually be nice if I could actually talk to someone that's been through what I have! Especially moments when it feels like you've gain weight and really haven't idk I know I'm just rambling!

Thank you both the cravings are a pain though! I think they should have weekend support groups too

Had my first fill a cpl weeks ago 4ccs had to reschedule for another fill because I passed out well I got 2 more ccs inserted couldn't eat or drink for nothing had an emergency appointment Wednesday and they took out 1cc everything went ok for a cpl of hours then bam couldn't eat or drink again another emergency appointment today took out another 1cc! He told me some people can't handle a certain amount hopefully mine stays ok

I had my first fill this morning and passed out while drinking the barium has this ever happened to anyone

I had to drink it to make sure it went down ok so they could see if I can tolerate liquids! The dr just thinks I passed out from low sugar
