Ripple dad is disgusting and I have the right to express my opinion wherever and whenever I please. He's the dumb ass that put his nasty ass on national TV. FYI, I've never looked like Ripple dad and never will. Most fat people don't look like Ripple dad. He's a disgusting anamoly. Additionally, he's a bastard and the purple team are equally stupid and disgusting! I agree! Last night's show was a major turn off. Filipe dropped off my fav list. He acted like a total ass. Ripple dad and the purple team acted shamefully. With Mandi gone, I can now hate the entire blue team. If Filipe and Sione now go over to their side, that will complete my mosted hated team perfectly. In case I haven't said this enough, last night's show was a total turn off.

Girl, you are a s l u t, bless your heart. :thumbup: I experiment all the time. My DH seems to enjoy most of it. My DS is a stick but a very healthy eater so will eat most anything. My DD, on the other hand, won't eat anything but PB&J sandwiches, chips, hamburgers and chicken nuggets. We have a rule that she has to take at least one bite of everything at the dinner table and after that if she still doesn't want to eat it, then she can have a PB&J. She did eat mussels and enjoyed them a great deal when we went to Carrabas the other day so maybe she's finally graduating up?

Tina, your parents live next door, right? They can and will help you. You also have a brother within driving distance. Also, everyone's experience is different. Your recovery might not be as difficult as your friends depending on how healthy/fit you are compared to your friend. Also, from what I understand, you can't put any strain on your stomach muscles so instead of using them to get up, you might have to roll out of bed and scooch off your seat. Having something like a walker to help support your weight while you are getting up will probably also help. Call every friend, coworker and acquaintenance and ask them for help. I know it's difficult to ask, but I think you'd be surprised how willing people are to help. You can set up "shifts". Maybe your Mom and Dad can also take turns staying with you during the night.

It will be strange at first to have the house to yourself, but you'll soon grow to love your alone time. Beth, it's official. You've lost your freakin' mind! Tina, don't you dare do it! You will be weak, in pain and very vulnerable. If he comes and is very kind and loving towards you, you may weaken in your hour of need and start having thoughts of reuniting. This will all be from being weak, in pain and in great need. Once you fully recover, you'll want him out of your hair again and then you'll have to go through this all over again.

I'm starting get a few stray grays and it's driving me crazy. What drives me even crazier is that my DD and I seem to be the only people who can see them. My DH, DS and friends are all blind to the gray and tell me I'm just crazy. I'm conflicted about coloring. I like the color of my natural hair and I haven't seen a color chemical that can match it. I think I'll have to cave and see if I can get them to try and match the color as much as possible 'cause the stray grays are driving me crazy.

Happy Friday Ladies! Did any of you catch Ellen's Starbucks prank? It was hilarious! I loved David Cook. He was always one of my faves from the beginning. David Archuletta on the other hand bored me to tears. I really like Lil Rounds, but I didn't think her song was all that. I completely disagreed with all the judges and my DH when they said she sang it phenomenally. It didn't even sound like music to me. As for the blind guy -- yep, he definitely got the sympathy vote.

I don't think it's a problem here. When I say thank you, I almost always get a "you're welcome" back. I guess even though Texas is considered wild cowboy land, we still have some manners here. I have it too and I responded that while I loved the content of this site, it's inability to stay up sucked. I also noted that if it keeps on staying down several times a day, I'm a goner. Lulu - I'm feelin' for ya babe. Ebony - Great job on your daughter. Kudos to you and your DH!

May I suggest for those of you who feel the need to discuss bodily functions ad nauseum that you start a new thread called Bodily Functions? It blows my mind how a sweet innocent comment about a baby tooting can get degraded into nasty, stinky, adult farts. Nothing sweet about that!
