Just want to tell you guys that the lap band is doing great for me! I'm so glad I did the surgery! Was banded sept 2012 . I hope everyone else is doing good! 300 lbs 170

Had my first fill on oct 6 and Incan only eat two or three bites of food but not losing weight because I'm not eating healthy but it's really hard should I get another fill or shoul I just try to eat healthy and start working out ??

Your right :/ everyday I saw I want to start healthy and I end up eating chips and fountain drinks like nestea I need to start thanks Maddy <3 -
Was suppose to start a week after my surgery and i don't know why I'm not motivated to work out! And I didn't lose weight since I had surgery !!

I was banded on sept 6,2012 I have the same pain answer speak!! Doctor said its normal that's where the port is and that it would take a couple months to heal
