I'm telling you, try milk product....even sf pudding, three sips Alfredo sauce, it too will come....

I am doing better today than I have. Pressure n as killed me. I thought I was going o die. Pain meds, chicken broth n lifetime network got me through. Tuesday back to work n reality. Hopefully that will go okay.

Please add me to. My surgery was the 12th. Four days ago. My pre op was or our weeks, went great and I lost 30 pounds. This post band whole new adventure. We live fairly rural. So this forum is my support. Please start conversations or keep threading, I will take anything at this point lol

Yes very more expensive. A fellow banded got me stuck on choc cream ready to make small bottles off eBay. Much cheaper, add water to the container and you have ready to drink. About 1.20 each when purchased a lot of them. Also where is everyone finding sugar free choc syrup? I looked WALMART, no go....

When are you going to try soles, lie moist protein? Mine was onthe12th. I'm thinking next Saturday.

Yes I know pain meds n finally starting passing gass on day 3. Thank goodness as my upper right chest n shoulder were dying in aim ready. To explode! Much better today n just ate my chicken broth runny mashed taters for dinner. Not drinking for 30 minutes is hard for me. -
Thank you do much...good to know....how long has it been since you had surgery?

I got the band on 12 th. I can do jello. Slow. N runny mashed taters made with chicken broth. It's good
