[font=lucida sans unicode,lucida grande,sans-serif][size=3][color=#CC0099]Where to start?! So I am a 28 year old wife and mom of 3 boys aged 6 2 and 1. I have struggled with weight since I can rememember. I tried MANY diets being succesful in some and not so much on others. I have two herniated discs in my lower back that were a problem at the age of 16 and give me a hard time every know and then. After my second pregnancy I was going to have my lap band done back in December of 2010 unitl I found out I was expecting my third baby- which I balloned all the way to 283 pounds! After his birth I really watched what I ate and did my best to get more active. (Which can be a task with three little ones) and was able to bring my weight down but just not enough. So Here I am today, all ready to go with my lap band surgery on October 4th! I am scared, nervous anxious, excited and motivated for a new me. I hope to gain from the experiances of others on this site and be able to help others as well. [/color][/size][/font]
