My dr wont approve Atkins shakes for some reason. Im eating one meal and 2 shakes. Not supposed to have snacks either. Dont want to sound like a baby but im so hungry i feel awful -
I didnt know they came in sizes. How do drs decide which size to give you. Getting mine 10/10

My dr who also did sons LB surgery continues to do fills for him even though he lost his insurance. he does it for what his co pay used to be when he had insurace. 30$ -

My dr puts u on 3 days of liquids then soft food after that whenever u get a fill. -
Bottoms up! I know ill have to sip it after surgery. But it wasnt bad. Muscle Milk lite. Its on our list of acceptable shakes. But i would like to try another one. Any advice?

When i get my band on 10/10 (YAY)???Š i am also having a hiatal hernia and an umbilical hernia repaired. A bit nervous about the extra stuff and wondering if recovery will be a lot harder? Anybody with similar situation?

I was having such a hard time deciding whether to have the Sleeve or Lap Band. I called the surgeon and they let me come in fir a second time to ask questions. The whole staff has been great! So i have my date for Band 10/10 thanks Dr Kwon!!!
