Well I am almost two weeks out I have lost 20 pounds, but I ate bad for 3 days now =( VERY disappointed in myself, but I am refocused and even started jogging just please pray I don't become overwhelmed again.

I was banded yesterday at 9:00 and left at 11:00 walked around the outlet mall for an hour and just kept walking a lot! I feel really good. Praise God the doctor said it went so well. I feel a little gas pain but nothing unbearable. I am so thankful things are going so well. I started pureed food this morning and it went down just fine. -

Hey yes I remember =) it is horrible lol I cannot wait to stop this food!!!! Hopefully yours is better. We will have to stay in touch with each other so we can motivate one another.
