Thank you for your response I am sticking to 1000 cal, but my problem it that I need to stay away from my scale as today I am down the 2.5pounds I gained yesterday, it really upset me. So will only weight myself once a week from now on which is a friday. I was speaking to by hubby last night and he was saying that I really need to give my body the month to recover. 1 big thing that we have to remember is that the weight did not come on over night. I think my problem is that I am expecting it to be gone after 2 weeks so it's getting my head right, another thing the reason I am overweight is because of so many failed attempted on weight loss, therefore I am just waiting for this one to fail, which we know we have the best tool to help us, just to have faith and work with it.
