Hi, everyone. I just got my 4th fill. I am at 10cc in a 14 band. I definitely feel full after eating a little. Much different then the other fills. I totally fell off the wagon months ago. I have my head in the right direction now. It does bother me that I have had my band almost a year and only lost 21 lbs. That's all my fault though. I didn't listen or obey the rules. Then I see people that are going on a year at 50-80 lbs lost. That could of been me!! Well I am back and I really am excited to lose this weight. I got my fill on Friday and I already lost 2 lbs! I am just curious to see at what amount of cc"s till you felt you were in the green zone?

Hi everyone! I haven't been on this board in so long. I had my band almost a year now. I am very ashamed to say I only lost 20 lbs. I was doing great in the beginning. Long story short, I never really felt restriction. I felt like I could practically eat anything. Bread, chicken and even steak never gave me a problem. My biggest problem is the mental aspect. I eat at night for comfort. I know how bad that is. I really hope this fill will help me feel full sooner. I want to lose weight. I need too. I want to have my own success story one day! Thank you everyone for listening. I hope to be very active on here again )

Thank you both so much. Today is a new day. I am debating between eggs or oatmeal for breakfast. I only got stuck one time so I hope it doesn't happen now that I have more fill. Part of me feels like its going to be the same as every other fill. Meaning it doesn't seem different at all. I guess I will see! I need to think positive!!

I forgot to add I have a 14 band and I have a total of 10cc"s in it as of today.

I got banded on Thursday the 25th. Today I thought I might have to go but didn't happen. I have been taking a stool softner. I don't feel badly constipated thank god. Sorry if tmi!

Hi, everyone. I haven't been on here in forever!! I feel off the wagon big time around Thanksgiving. I got Banded end of October and just had my first fill. I have 8 cc in a size 14 band. Is that a lot for a first fill? I can tell i feel full way quicker. I am excited to get back on the wagon. Anyone fall off for for a few mths? I am upset with myself but excited to start back the right way!

Got my band today and I can't sleep laying down on my back!! I wouldn't say I am in excruciating pain, its mostly gas when I lay down and just uncomfortable. I just came out to watch tv. Thank god my in laws are going to come over tomorrow ( well today ) to help with my son. Thankfully my hubby will be off for A week after Friday. I miss sleeping on my stomach. Just took some more pain meds. Ugh, anyone else up?

I know the answer but wanted to see if anyone enjoys a diet soda once in a while. I had some the other day while at my parents. All they had was juice and water. Juice had lots of calories and the water smells like eggs ( they live in west Virginia ) so I didn't want to drink my calories so I had some diet coke. I used to drink it all the time but quit cold turkey after surgery. Thanks for any input!

Thank you So much everyone! You are all so right. That's a good idea to keep calorie free drinks on hand. You guys are the best.

I thought the same thing but on day five and no BM I Just had too. It just made me go like normal. I took it in the morning then went a few hrs later. I got a generic bottle from Walmart. Think it was 92 cents

Yeah, I had talked him about it numerous times. My therapist thinks maybe he has low testosterone. My hubby is not the type to go to the dr to have it checked out. Sometimes I miss it but since I am used to being a virgin again, LOL i am actually fine with it. I think when I start losing more I will probably start feeling more sexual. Maybe he will too? So, as of yesterday I can eat mushy foods. So, tonight I made scrambled eggs. It tasted so good. I haven't chewed on anything in so long, LOL. I put my fork down after every bite and waited. I can tell it went Down totally different then before the band. I feel like I Have a little lump in my throat or something. It doesn't hurt or anything. Just feels like if you took a pill and it Got stuck a little. The meal lasted me about 25 min and was so tiny. SO I can't imagine I got " stuck " maybe just because my stomach hasn't had food in a while. Thoughts?

Ha ha, I know right. What I had looked like not even enough for my 2.5 yr old son!! LOL

Have you taken a laxative. My dr said I could but just call and ask first. Also was taking stool softners.

Wow, I am so sorry hon!! My in laws are also on day 11 with no power but they have a generator. I hope it comes back on for you!!
