I was also banded on 9/29... I have pains, not sure if its gas... But I let a lot of gas out.. But pains below my rib cage on the left side... I keep my hand there constantly, apply pressure, but its do tender... Hopefully it's just a side effect from the surgery I'm only in liquids and I can't imagine eating anything feeling like this How are you feeling?

Great job!! I'm irregular as well :-( I was banded on 9/20 and I had my first BM today... Felt like HEAVEN

Good Afternoon, I got my band today!!! I went in at 7:00am, and I was home by 2:00pm, I dropped off my prescriptions on the way home and I just woke up from a nap... I feel great, the only pain I have is coming from my left shoulder... Gas. Other than that I'm so excited to start this new chapter in my life... It's not bothering me the I'm going to be on liquids for another couple of weeks, my goal is weightloss... I'm working with my band, I'm not going to cheat myself... I paid for the surgery out of my own pocket, I'm determined to do what I need to do to become the best/healthiest me... I've read so many post on LBT, I've learned so much my doctor was amazed at the questions I had for him this morning... The band is a tool, and I'm going to use it to the fullest :-) #SeptemberBandster

I was banded on Thursday 9/20, my doc wants met to have at least 60g-70g of Protein a day... I bought whey Protein powder from GNC, not bad.
