Thats the thing my doctor didnt go into details (i ate skinless chicken breast and a lil salad)he just gave me a paper and said follow this a week before the date and on the paper it says that i may have 4-5 protein shakes per day 80grams not exceeding 1200 calories ready to drink shakes or powders with skim milk water,sugar free and decaffeinated drinks veggies and fresh fruit sugar free ices and jello thats all it says so is that all i can eat for 7 days? I looked up on google and every1 says different things i dont know how to do this is there things that i could have besides these thats ok
