Omg I'm jealous! We were banded the same day and my Dr wants me on clears till the 18th not even Protein Shakes yet! And I'm starving lol

Yes! Got banded last thurs. gas was crazy but I moved around a lot 2 keep it moving out if my body! Burpin and farting like crazy lol. My advice is to move walk around it helps dont just lay around move!!!???‰ -

Hi just thought it was a lil ironic I was banded on the 29th and I had my period!! I wanted 2 reschedule my surgery because of it!! Crazy!! I feel good pain and gas r 2 be expected but I'm burping and farting so that's half the battle. I want a cup if coffee more than anything else -
Well actually it's my second day my surgery was Thursday the 29th! Coffee!!!!! Can I haVe a cup of coffee ppl???

Hi everyone my surg is 11/29 and my 10 diet starts soon. My dr said low fat not all liquids so..... I need help! Can somebody give me some examples of a meal or a days worth of meals. My nutritionist gave me a paper it says 6-8oz protien, 2 servings of dairy, 3-4 servings of veggies, 1-2 servings of fruit, and no calorie fluids. Now what do I do with that?? Help!

Chantix def works! I still smoked past the 1week quit day but I continued 2 take them daily and it makes the cigg taste disgusting, and help u want them less!! I tried everything and chantix works! Good luck it's been 16 days without even a pull and I get banded at the end of Nov so that gives my lungs more than enough time 2 prepare for surgery.... -

I saw unjury products online, do they taste goo tho? I was told the whey products aren't the best tasting but it's good 4 u..... The milk based shakes taste better... Idk but if I'm not gonna be eating at least I can drink something that taste good 2 ð
