I am glad to see i am not the only that cant eat the whole egg, but can eat egg whites.

I have problems with bread, shrimp, chicken breast and pork. So glad i love fish! The funny thing ... i can eat egg whites, but i cannot eat a whole egg with the yolks... i know weird!

I am addicted to the pumpkin fraps... i learned to make my own. You can get the pumpkin spice flavor syrup at Target. I drink vanilla protein shakes, so i will empty one into the blender, pour a few shots of the coffee syrup ( any flavor), a packet of the instant starbuck coffee ( or any instant but i prefer starbucks) throw some ice cubes in and blend. It is awesome and cheaper. If you dont like it cold just nuke it on the microwave for a few minutes. I get my protein and i get my pumpkin spice frap!

I think they are ok.. not the best. If you want speghetti bake a spaghetti squash it is much better.

I use the vanilla eas low carb shakes... empty a packet of instant coffee in it and add a few shots of sugar free carmel syrup. Throw in a few ice cubes and i have a carmel frappe just like Starbucks. I also add pumpkin spice syrup instead of the carmel... it is good also.

I was also in the same boat. I buy my sexy ones at Fredericks and Victoria Secret. I was also able to find some at Wal Mart that fit really comfortable. I am a sexy shoe, bra and panties junky now... lol

I use the EAS low carb vanilla. I am addicted to Starbucks. So if you love coffee like I do. I will empty one of the containers into the blender, open a packet of instant coffee, throw some ice cubes in there... blend and wa la you have a vanilla frapiccino. If you like your coffee hot just nuke it in the microwave and you will have a vanilla latte! I bought some sugar free carmel and pumpkin spice. So I am going to have a pumpkin spice latte in the morning or a carmel latte. All without the calories and the fat. I like the EAS low carb, and I also have a Cookies n cream powder at work, I am not sure what the brand is. I do know that I dont like the Jay Rob. I have heard a lot about unjury, I heard it is good.

On average, about 2 lbs a week. I was banded 10/28/2010. I have lost 120 lbs. I know how you felt. I was 285 and 5"3, I felt terrible and everything hurt. NOW! I feel great! I run and dance! It is the best thing I have ever done.

I dont think amazed is the right word. I get grossed out sometimes watching them eat. I hsve seen my friend eat 2 tacos before i can get the inside of mine ate. I usually ger one egg white and a slice of bacon. She gets 3 eggs sausage biscut with cheese and 2 tacos. I just look at her like you are really going to eat all that? Maybe that is really bad of me to think that.

I have watched some of my friends eat and im amazed at the amounts they can eat.

I got some cookies snd cream that is yummy. They didnt have the chocolate mint in that day ( my luck). But im going to go back tomorrow. I didnt like the Jay Rob it tasted watery., maybe i put too much water or not enough scoops.

I have noticed lately that I have been able to eat a little more before I am satisfied. So today I had a Barium done and the top of my tummy was stretched. NOT A LOT but enough for them to put me on protein shakes for 2 weeks! So my question is what type of protein drinks do you prefer? It has to have less then 5 grams of carbs. I picked up a 4 pack of EAS carb control, a 4 pack of Atkins shakes and Jay Robb Whey Protein. I looked at the Nectar brand and the flavors did not sound good. So is there any that someone would recommed?
