I never thought I'd say this but I hate chicken!!!! I just can't eat chicken any more I've had it! I get a nauseous feeling when I think of chicken!!!!!!

Hi Getting My First Fill Tomorrow

My second fill is next Tuesday on the 4th My doctor puts me in liquids for 24 hrs after the fill ..... Then one day of mushiness foods then back to normal ... I have a friend that goes to Mexico for her fills and she's allowed to eat right after to make sure she's not to tight.... It all depends on the doctor I guess! -

I'm back had a great thanksgiving week I actually lost 2lbs ... Yeyy! This is my family we had a blast at the ranch! Anyway I have a question I was reading my docs papers where it tells you what to eat it says No beans No potatoes No rice The question is ... Is this for ever? Does anybody know?

I think it can be... I'm one month and 3 weeks out and 33lbs down and no longer need my meds no more blood sugar meds no more hypertension .... It's possible

I also did the HCG diet lost 50 in les then 60 days ... Gain it all back at the same amount of time and I payed over 1000$ for that stupid diet program I feel dumb for doing so!
