Actually I did! I changed my diet a little ..... I increased my calories a little ... I had been taking in in between 800 to 1000 daily .... So I went up to 1200 to 1300 for like a week ... And had a fill that same week so it helped too.... Oh and very important I'm walking every day now! In a very fast paste .... Hope this helps!

Went to my 3rd fill two days ago... New rules they told me!! Mmm wonder what they are" well before I was told to eat then wait 30min then drink... Well now is eat a bit then sip then eat then sip till I finish... :/ any one else's rules have changed???

Why when I eat soups I feel I can eat more and more!? Like a veggie soup with carrots squash and cabbage .... Is it the same 1/2 cup of solid food then 1/2 cup of veggie soup!?

I've had 3 fills already I'm at 3.6cc don't feel much restriction yet tho... I'm doing it will power still... I eat and I'm still hungry ... I did feel a good restriction on my second fill but it did go away I got my 3 fill two days ago I hate soup today ... Went down just fine
