I just don't get none of this To complicated for me I guess that's why I fell at every diet Never understand none of this -
I hate it!! Hit my first plateau!! I have been the same weight for almost 4 weeks now ... What to do?? I was loosing so good and now this... I hope I can get past this faster then sooner!!! Any suggestions ?? The good thing is I haven't gained any weight!! Help!!! Lol

Plateau broken .... I've lost 6lbs Doing the so so so happy dance ... Lol Omg! I just can't believe it!! I'm 242.0 ..... I can't wait to hit the 230s Don't remember when I was in the 230s ever in my life!! Lol Thanks everyone for all the good and bad advice really appreciate it!! Works for me!!!! Lol

Mine is right in the upper middle I didn't know our ports could move ... The fist two fill my port was right under the big incision .... This last time I went it was on top of the incision.... They had to do my fill under X-ray machine ....

Yeah I know ....... I was just craving buffalo wings so bad I opted for the egg

Sorry I was off by 100 calories I added regular ranch dressing that really added some calories to that...
