Have y'all tried the Atkins frozen foods they are really good... High in protein and fat ... Should a banded person eat them or not?? I was just wondering .....

Yeah no more for today or tomorrow

I ate to much today ...... I went to Chinese restaurant with my parents and ordered a small chicken broccoli no rice ..... I ate most of the chicken and half the broccoli ... Came home and snacked on some corn chips and source ... Then later drank some crystal light and a water... Jesus!!! I was feeling the guilt already then I was fixing dinner and ate 1/2 cup of beans and cheese ..... Now I'm feeling really guilty I hadn't done this scenes before banded I was feeling so good with all the weight I have lost .... Now I feel like I lost it!! Anyway I know I shouldn't blame this on none but my self....but I think it has a lot to do with the fact that my parents are moving 8hrs away just found out yesterday .......They live two blocks from my house .... I'm doing protein shakes tomorrow ..... Lay it on me I deserve it! Thanks guys in advance!

My doctor tells me 48hrs on liquids and 24hrs on mushiness then solids ... I know go figure right!?

One person told me that by getting wls showed how weak I was... And that I was never going to be happy or that I was going to become an alcoholic or drug addict because I was already addicted to food ... Anyways and all this coming out of the only two ppl I trusted enough to tell them about my plans ... Now looking Back I think it was all jalousie because they are also fat! Now we don't talk!

Went to my family doctor for my 3 month post op blood work ... Got a call today that my cholesterol is a lil high.... To fallow a low cholesterol diet... Ok my banded buddies I need help almost all protein has cholesterol what should I eat?

Before my surgery my cholesterol was out the roof it has improve but he said it was still a little high
