Ok I called my docs office today I'm constipated they told me to take benefiber .... Well Walgreen nor Walmart sale it any more .... Does anyone know what else I can take?

I love coffee ..... How many cups is to much I crave it every time I smell it! Which it's all day! I had 3 cups yesterday ..... Btw my doctor allowed me to have coffee just not sure how much it's to much....help please!

Thanks guys! I only drank one today I also use Splenda and light very light creamer .... I'm just concern because yesterday I was craving like crazy

I had steri-strips took them off on day 7 after surgery .... I'm concerned because I had an umbilical hernia repaired and I still have a little drainage is this normal after 3 weeks post-op
