First day with no shoulder pain - hurrah!! Hope it stays that way. Can anyone recommend a multivitamin? Ive had difficulty finding a liquid multivitamin to take and have resorted to baby vitamin drops just to get something in!

I was also banded on 28th and have found the shoulder pain the worst part so far! I have been drinking peppermint tea which is supposed to disperse the bubbles and it has been more bearable today - hope it wont last too much longer!
