  1. I'm new to the Rockford area and am looking for a new group. I'm 11 months out and need to get refocused!
  2. Been regurgitating food lately. Had my 2nd fill on 3/25. Since then things r tough. Can't really eat a balanced, regular meal. My Dr is on vaca, so I talked to the on call. He said a lot of things that confused me. Like lb does not help with hunger, 1 cup of food is too much (1/2 is better), has no idea why my hair is falling out (suggested a mega red everyday). Here I thought I was doing good, eating one cup and waiting 4 hours between meals. And I'm hungry a lot, is it unreasonable to expect to be satisfied for at least 3 hours? Buy the way, I'm down 46lbs but nothing since the last fill. Suggestions, advise...

    Anything with any flavor that's good has too much sugar. I read that u can mix a crystal light pack in a plain Greek and its good. Have not tried it yet...

    Totally normal!! Some days r tighter than others. I go with shakes and quest bars on those days, mushy foods also. Hot liquid helps. Good luck!

    BANDED JAN 4th no loss JUST GAIN :(

    U won't feel full. Measure 1 cup of food, protein first. Eat every 3-4 hours. Don't eat more than that, for now u r on a diet. Make good choices is fine, but u need structure.

    3 month weigh in, down 46lbs!!! I don't weigh myself at home, so I was sooooo happy to c that!!! Its amazing to c all my hard work paying off FINALLY!!!! Eating right and working out with the band work!!!

  12. I had a .5cc fill on January 24th. Was good for about a month, not hungry for about 4 hours between meals. Now for the past month I feel like all I do is watch the clock to c when it's meal time. I'm still watching my calories and protein, and workout 4-5 days a week. But I feel like the weight I lost this month is purely because of that, because I am sooooo hungry. Have a Dr appt on Monday thank God. Has this happened to u?

    Home vs Gym Workout

    I agree about not starting with insanity, its really hard and if u have never worked out with a DVD b4 u may want to try something else. I use a 4 DVD set of Bob Harper. I got it at target. It's very challenging and a whole body workout.
