Yes! I had surgery Nov 27th And I gained 5 pounds back and weight has stalled. I can't even get my first fill till Feb 6th. So we need to just keep eating our cup and drinking lots of water. And the weight loss will soon follow. -
I see him this week.. I will talk with him. How do you guys get 1000 calories on 3 cups of food? What are you eating?? The only thing I can think of is that I'm eating to much salt & maybe retaining from it & my TOM is just a day or 2 away.

I was around like 400 Calories.. Now I'm trying to figure out to get them higher. i just got on solid food Yesterday. I don't have a Nutritionist or Dietitian. Starting to feel lost. All the surgeon gave me was the basic Lap band book.

I'm one month post op on the 27th. And since I started eating I gained 7 pounds. I haven't eaten any more than I should.. And have been eating protein & veggies. Just wondering if I'm the only one.

I was feeling really weak too.. Called the Dr and they said to have a Protein shakes. Call them and ask! It's worth a shot.

Oh no.. Try sipping on some peppermint tea. Also I'm using a heating pad on my back. I hope you feel better soon.

Yes! Went in at 7:30 am home by 1:00 pm I'm doing pretty good.. Just really sore. How are you feeling??

It's actually not that bad.. It's more uncomfortable due to the gas and bloating. Make sure you take a pillow to hold over your stomach. For getting up and down.. It helps a lot I've just been relaxing in my recliner and sipping on peppermint tea. I will keep you in my thoughts! Good luck .

I had surgery yesterday & I started the day before! I think Mother Nature is screwing with us.. Lol Just tell them & they will give you the netted underwear and pads.. Good Luck!

My Doctor put me on a No fat 800 calorie diet.. Any suggestions on what I can eat?

I couldn't keep the shakes down so my Dr put me on an 800 calorie diet with No fat.

I talked to them over the phone and the nurse just said 800 cal No fat.. I was doing the shakes but I can't keep them down.

The same thing just happens to me! I called the Dr and told them I was having issues and they put me on an 800 cal diet with no fat.. And their going to refund the money I paid for the shakes. -

I can't stand the shakes! I've only been able to get 1 down. I've just been drinking a ton of crystal light. I've worked the last 3 nights so I haven't had time to think about being hungry yet!
