My nurse called to check up on me and told me to take s warm-hot wash cloth wring it out and fold it up into a square and insert it in a zip lock bag, that should ease some of my discomfort where my port is... So far it has worked!! Tomorrow I start the next phase of liquids... Where can I go find recipes that are healthy?? Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk -

I've had 2 Popsicles, ice chips and now I'm one broth. So, far no gas or pain just discomfort where my port is!! My throat is a little itchy/scratchy, but I'm ok. My B/P is the lowest, I'm still a little -

So far I've lost like 10-12 pounds.....But I found out that eating real food comes with a price......I'm sure if I did gain a pound or two, I've lost it all over again!!!! -
I have one week til surgery!!!! I'm staring to get sooooooo nervous and anxious.... I graduate tomorrow and surgery next week, I am a nervous wreck right now. I'm on day 7 of my liquid diet, I am soooo hungry and I don't know how I am going to handle it graduation nite... Please, let me know what to expect the day of surgery and the next day!!!!

October 18!!!! I graduate this Friday (10-12) and I'm starting to get nervous. And I'm hungry this is day six of liquids!!!! -
My surgery is October 18th, this is my second day of my liquid diet, I have this until the 16th, then it's all clear fluid!!!!
