I have 8cc in a 10cc band and I'm close to green. Been ramping up for 3 months; had surgery in sept this year. The swallow studies have shown I have a very small esophagus so have needed quite a bit of fluid to get me here. I think everyone's anatomy is slightly different so we all need varied amounts of fluid. At least ONE body part is small! :-)

Thank goodness for this! I'm 9 weeks out and so frustrated... Still no loss or restriction. I'm at 6cc with a 10 cc band, and they tell me I have a very small esophagus so will probably need a fairly full band. Another fill in a few days. I'm wondering what 'restriction' even feels like?! Will I detect a big difference? Anyhow thank you posters for this ray of hope. I've been questioning my decision to have the surgery.
