My mom is not on board with me being banded. She thinks I'll loose any baby my husband & I get pregnant with. Has anyone been able to get pregnant successfully after being banded? What precautions will my doctors take to insure my future baby is safe?

Sorry, didn't finish...I have my first nutrition visit Oct 2, my psych evaluate on Nov. 9 - my insurance is going to pay half...I'm curious and excited, nervous and impatient...any words of advise? -
I too recently decided to go this route - I had my first appointment yesterday. I am totally excited!! I cannot wait until Dec!!
