Thanks for all the advice!! No I dont take me nexium every day, I would only take it when I noticed the symptoms of me getting reflux, but I guess now maybe I should be taking it everyday. Acid reflux is all new to me, I see my doctor on the 26th and ill get checked out and go from there

Yep I understand but sleep is more important. I guess I'll go and get more out and go from there. I never had issues with acid reflux and it sucks

Hi all! Was banded last yr april 30th, weighed 265 and im now 170. Last oct I developed acid reflux, sucks! I went in for an unfill last oct ftom 4.5cc to 2.5cc. So my weight has stabilized for the past few months I've been at 170 which im about 20lbs from my goal weight. But here in the past week the reflux has returned. Its like it comes and goes. I have prescribed nexium and it helps some but not the way I thought it would. And I only reflux at night. Ill wake up out of my sleep vomiting and sometimes it comes out my nose. I don't have much restriction idk what I should do! Get more out?

Well I take a multi vitamin and about a week ago I started taking a iron pill. Im definitely cold all the time now, idk if it's just bc of the weight loss or what

I have a darkness where the eyes meet my cheek area, toward the nose. Crease... maybe somewhat. I just started to you that clinique even better eye cream, I never wore any type of makeup before but I got this and a concealer.

Hi all! I was banded last yr April 30th and im now ten lbs away from 100lb weight loss. The Lap Band has definitely been a journey/learning experience but worth it all in all. One thing Ive noticed in the past few months is I'm darker under my eyes. Ive never had this problem. I don't know if it's because of the weight loss. Or just because my face isn't as full as it use to be. Anyone experience this? Or any advice/ suggestions.

Airy feeling? (Is that a word) lol Let me explain
Bsalle00 posted a topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
So I've been banded a while now, and things are ever changing with the band as we all know. I recently realized cooler temps affected me lol...I've never had this issue before but for some reason I get an airy feeling throughout the day/night... it's not necessarily belching. Just a feeling of air bubbles, especially after I drink anything, even water... Anyone else experience this? -
Great to know I'm not the only one. Ill be in Dallas this weekend go cowboys! Lol hope we beat the saints

Hello all! I've been banded for about 8mths now, whew it has been a journey (trial and error). About 3 days ago I began to feel tight and not have much of an appetite. Liquids stay down just fine but solid foods not so much. There's been no change, but the weather has got cooler. I live in TX and this is our first cold snap. Is the band affected by weather, has anyone else had this issue? Just curious

I thought about that, I really feel like the fill is what made things worst, so hopefully after I get some out ill be ok.

Wow thanks for keeping me in your prayers and the best of luck with your surgery and new path forward. Ill keep everyone updated!

Wow, glad you're all fixed up now. I go to the doctor tues, first ill have him do a slight unfill, and tell him I'd also like a GI test to check my band for any abnormalities... Hopefully it's no bad news!
