Here is my humble opinion: Start over! Go back to liquids for a few days. Protein shakes and smoothies. Then go to some soft nutritious foods. There are plenty if healthier foods that should go down easier even if you're too tight. Think Greek yogurt, refried Beans. You need to ditch the chips and chocolate they won't help you lose even if its small amounts. Then slowly try to introduce more regular foods. You really do need to make getting an infill a priority so you don't do any damage. This is what I would do...Good Luck!

Yes I started out walking four days a week. Once cleared for light weights I alternated a kinect workout game and walking for the four days. After I got cleared for abs I upped it to 5 days and did a different kinect game. At 4 months or so I upped it to 6 days a week. I am currently doing Insanity. -

Since coffee is a liquid it should be just fine. I still use my favorite coffee mate creamers. I just include the calories in my daily tracker

That was my 6 month pic was 255 in the before pic and 195 in the after. I've lost 10 lbs this month but don't have pics yet. You can do it. I am finally learning to listen to my band and only eat if I am actually hungry. It's been a very successful month because of it. -
March Challenge-Lucky to be Losing!
goalseeker replied to lisaholland73's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Thanks I have uped my workout to 6 days of insanity and I have been really trying to listen to my band and not give into head hunger or just eating because it is time. As a result, my net calories were about 500-800 cal per day. I'm pretty shocked by it really. I also got stuck REALLY bad one day and went to liquids for 24hrs. -

185.5!!! 6.8 for the week...crazy. Met my goal and then some!! -
Hi all, I'm about 7 months post op. I had my first PB today. So not fun. Especially since I was at costco. I recklessly tried a oodon (not sure of spelling) noodle sample and my band rebelled. After 20 min of walking around trying to let it pass, I decided to go into the bathroom and try to get it up. I spent 15 min bent over the toilet trying to get it to come up when I finally just put my finger down my throat and made it happen. I felt SO SO much better. But it was so gross!! Anyway...should I stick to liquids for dinner? I think I remember reading I need to give my esophagus a rest.

I too value your posts. I aspire to get to the point where I don't track my intake. Hopefully for me that will be part of my maintenance phase.
-
Thanks! That's what I thought I should do but just wanted to check.

As in productive burp...it was less violent than puking and it gets the stuck food back up

Wow!!! You look fantastic!! Congrats!!

I am the same way. It's so annoying. I try my eat to stay in my calories and keep exercising but I allow myself small amounts of what I am craving. I usually gain the week before stay the same the week of and lose a lot the next week. It's frustrating but as I am noticing the pattern I am accepting it. Just try your best and keep up the activity.
