WOW WOW WOW!!! You are an inspiration!!! Congrats on your amazing success you look fabulous!! -
I find when I workout first thing in the morning before I consume anything but water I am not that hungry most of the day. BUT if I wait and exercise in the afternoons I am ravenous after the fatigue wears off. I try to keep my snacks high in protein and stay in my calories.

184.9 down 2.5 yay -
I had the same problem. I don't think I truly saw self as fat as I was. I do comparison pics every month and it really helps my head to catch up with what my body is doing although I still tend to focus on the negative areas that still need work.

That's so wonderful!! Congrats!

Congrats!! That is also what I love about the band. I don't feel like I'm constantly deprived or on a diet. It feel like this is just how I eat and exercise now. -
Wow what a difference! I bet you feel awesome! Congratulations on your success!

3 days post op - what is this pain in my chest???
goalseeker replied to Niamia67's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
It is probably gas. I had a lot of gas pain from the surgery post op. I found the best thing to get rid of it was walking around. -
You look Fabulous!! Congrats! It's nice when hard work pays off

Progress pic...still cant believe it
goalseeker posted a topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
Well I am 7 months from surgery and down 69.5 pounds with no preop diet. This band has been the biggest blessing. It has definitely made this process easier although it is still hard work. I think the difference is the hard work is actually paying off when it didn't with other methods. I still struggle with seeing myself as small from time to time and I am still 35 pounds from goal but I feel so much better. I wonder if at times I have a harder time believing I was actually that big before surgery or that I am actually this size now lol -

Thanks everyone! -
I always gain weight the week before my TOM sometimes just a little and others more. This weeks it's 3.3 and I've stayed under my calorie goal all but one day. It's so annoying. But I know it will be gone with relative ease.
