I hadmtwo bits last year and it got stuck I was 12 wks out.... this year i am 7 lbs from goal and we do not have family or guest to share with so we will treat it like another day. Imentslly could think of not eatting these hoildy meals and this year I do not feel oblogated and that just proves I eat because I was taught to eat poorly... I like being thin ...change that LOVE being thin. Good luck to all this is just a test...you'll do great.

do you mean it wont let you eat at all or the junk you use to when u got upset? If you cant get anything down you probably should see your doctor you dont want to get stuck or sick yourself, if it wont let you eat the junk you use to out of stress then that is a good thing but drink a lot and turn to proient drinks for your health so you can be there for your friend...I am so sorry for you worries and hugs to you and your friend.
