ever have a large pill fill like it didn't go all the way down? that's what it feels like for me it does get unstuck in time often standing up straight helps, waiting, or drinking something hot helps. It wont kill ya I worried more about not feeling any restriction and I would eat just as much as b4...just follow the rules and you will be fine...its doesn't happen often at least for me...

sounds like you could use a fill you shouldn't be hungry so soon. I just hit the green spot and it is so different and I like it I pray it last a long time. take hard boiled eggs with you to work and track your food so you know how much ore you can eat if you need more. Getting hungry and not eating on time is how we got here so we need to change everything. We need to put ourselves first at meal time. Getting up 15 mintues earlier might be the answer only you know that......this takes work.....line dancer

when I got enough in my band it really helped but like anything else you have to work at it and stay on track. Get rid of anything in your house that you eat to much off and fill it with the best of food.track everything and come to the chat room daily to share and get a boost.....good luck you can do it................line dancer -
