    I do line dancing twice a week at the senior center (all ages welcome) check yours out also on utube you can learn to dance any kind u like....good idea to get everyone doing it.

    small bits and chewing is the key it cant be to small, get some infant ssilverware and put some in your pruse. clean you house out so there is no cheat food. this time of year is hard it takes a lot of work. After your fill drink your meals for a couple of days and broth give it time to to settle down...

    I bought creamed soups then I made my own even when I could eat soilds I still made my own and did it twice a day and lost weight. It wsnt till my 3 rd fill did I feel I was getting help from the band now I do and just have to be careful on what I choice so it doesn't get stuck. Good luck

    4 Weeks Post Op And Feeling Hungry!

    you should be getting a fill soon. the band doesn't work right away you need to heal and rest aft such a shock to the body. I have a 10cc and now after 3 fill have 6.5cc in it and I am never hungry in fact I have to watch the clock and track my meals to be sure I eat enough. this will come for you but yu need to do the work and this is the time to practice how to measure and solect foods that are right. Clean out your house so there is not food there you shouldn't eat. pack snacks and shakes with you when you go out so you have the right stuff with you. make this eork it tske seversl weeks to learn all this.

    and use a heating pad, laxative and gas x to heat all the gas and to get things moving you will feel ton better it is so worth it. This part is hard but the rewards are great hang in there sometimes a tums or rolaids helped me give it a try.

    The proper fill is important so be sure to work at finding that green spot. I have had three and this last one has done the trick and Thanksgiving was good. I did eat potatoes and stuffing (376 cals) so a lot less then any other holiday so I and happy about that. Get those fill every 2 wks until you can go 4-5 hours and not be hungry that how the band works so make sure you are allowing it to do its job.

    I Cheated Death!!

    don't go to bed hungry use you protein shakes that should get you till morning. it important to pase out your meals. With this last fill I never get hungry and need to watch the clock to make sure I eat so do talk to your doctor about getting a fill.

    Holiday Eating...

    Gave all left overs away and only cooked a breast not the whole bird and froze the other half. I love turkey,mayo,cranberry suce on white bread twice a day till the turkey is gone. not one snadwitch this year I am so far ahead.. also first bit of turkey got stuck so the meal was over for me until the next day and I just save a 1/2 c potoes and 1/4 c stuffing (357 cals) but tracked it and I am fine specially after going to the gym before I ate that...I am so proud of myself I think I am going to do it this time. yippppeee

    almost all diet programs tells you to track and you proved it worked for you. most doctor aren't dieters so they don't really know the daily problems we have. The know how to make a living on helping us but often don't know how to do it the long way. People on here do know and are living it so they can help more. Get back on your tracker and clean your house out of not so good food...you can do this along with us

    very brave of you to get back on track this is a full time job and you need to get sll set up. come here daily, get your fills, clean out your kitchen no mater who else lives in the house, go to the gym daily and get a supply of protein shakes ready for meals missed or a differasnt option when around difficult foods. Good for you to get back on here and do track evey bit.

    pushing on your tummy to locate the port and than a small needle prick less then a shot. Be for then a lot of talking about how your eating and feeling 20 mintues and u r out back in 2 wks if you are hungry in less then 4 hours. Doint wait long inbetween fills after my 3 rd fill I know what the band is suppose to do for me and it fills great. I am never hungry. I get brain hungry when I see or smell food that I loved in the past but I adviod there places and evn trun down the sound on the TV ads for food.All these little tricks really work.

    some doctor also think that the fake sugar can trigger hunger so you don't want to go there for sure .think before u eat anything

    interesting situation, I guess if it were me it would depend on how much weight ZI had to loss if it was over 100 lbs I would want the help of the band...so you have got some thinking to do.

    walmart carries myoplex with 42 gr of protein and lots of others with different protient gr check it out. I do myoplex on the day's I am very low or I cant get all my cals in

    Stuffed Myself And Still Lost Hmmmm....

    U did gain all you weight in one or two meal and you wont loss if u miss one or two. it is commitive over time. Water weight maybe everything at holiday meals has salt ....you are to early one to worry about it just keep track and stay true to yourself.
