    2 yrs since lap band need help

    track your food and you will find out whats not working. You probably need to see your surgon and start figuring out how to start over and maybe get s fill or more....clean your kitchen you know how to diet and that has to happen no matter what...its work and its hard and its no more fun eatting only you can decide if it is worth it or not.

    you are to new to wonder why u did this until the fills are just right you will not know...every 2 wks my doctor would do it i have a 10cc band with 6.5 cc in it and its great. Get your fills, eat right and track everyhting you can do this

    all stomach noise is not hunger just your body doing its job. drink hot water or tea while its still very hot tummys like to be warm...go in for another fill My doc would do it every 10-14 days so csll and go in as soon as he will do it.

    you will have this problem until you get your band with some fills in it. Most of us have to get over half of it full before all those thoughts stop. I have a 10cc band with 6.5 cc in it...go in for a fill

    I count and do 800-1000 a day specially on work out days Its good to know where you are and what it looks like.

    Scared of surgery

    Maybe it the lossing weight that is really scary for you. I have always been over weight (Iam 64 now)so I dont know how to be at normal weighjt and that was a bit scary. I have health problems that could all go away if I loss weight. I had surgery in Aug and I am down 47 lbs 44 more to go and its wonderful seeing less of me....go for the gold and gets meds for your anxity they really help...good luck

    Am I hungry??

    you might try drinking something hot in the am to relax the band hot water, tea, coffee but very hot. I cant drink my coffee while its hot but water and tea I can and this helps me feel less hungry also. I also have oatmeal with chia seeds and a fiber power in it.

    Embarassed

    I feel we have a defect at the top of our stomach and the band fixes that and our brain now get the message that we are eating and we are satisfied now. The problrm I have always had is I am always hungry and I hear food calling me from the kitchen that doesn't happen now so I can control my eating with the help of the band...like everyone says it is the greatest thing zI every did for myself. Don't let people tell you,you should be able to do this on your own its not there health its yours.

  19. heating pads help a lot get to pooping, fiber powered, or laxitives just get it moving.

    How full is your band??

    10cc/6.5cc and its been a great place for me this took 3 fills. I feel good right here for now and loss 1-2 a week as a rule....you'll get there get you fills as soon as u need then so you feel satisfied for at least 4 hours.

    Typical Early Morning Start

    breakfast of oatmeal with chia and fiber then getting kids up and out then its my time And I will go line dancing for 2 hours yippee what a great morning... Have a good one everyone.

    no shovlein g snow, no mowing the lawn or tsking out the gsarbage and no sex till you feel like it sometime next year.no painting the house inside or out.

    How AWFUL are these protein shakes?!

    mix some sugar free pudding mix in it that might help. different brands tastes a bit different also I like muscel milk or EAS in chocolate keep trying.
