    I can"t eat breakfast, I can eat a house for dinner

    No eating in am! I had the band 2011 and I can't eat breakfast so it is Protein shake and 1cup of coffee! lunch protein 2oz and 1 cup of veggies. I can't eat all! I work out daily and I do love it! I go to gym 5 to 6 days a week! Some people don't like gym so go walking, bike riding, swimming, roller skating, bowling, DANCING is awesome cardio! I was looking to see if anyone had issue of not being able to eat in am! My problem is in the am the shake is hard to get down! Anyone else! I started at 302 and down to 171.
