Hello Newbie, I'm just like you i get banded on the 21st. as well, I'm also on a two week pre-opt diet. I'm currently on day 6 so far so good I'm learning as i go.

Well today I weighed myself and to my surprise I lost 4 pounds. I no it's not a lot but I'm happy.

Good Evening all, So today I'm in day 4 of this pro-opt diet and i can say i feel great. But I see why they say drink plently of water. If you don't you will pay for it....

I haven't weighed myself yet im on day 4, i said i will weigh myself on monday and see how i did. Im on all liquids only for two weeks.

Good Evening all, Let me start off by saying I see why they tell you to drink plenty of water when doing the pre-opt diet. A self correcting error is what i call it. Any way I did good with my shakes I see as time goes by it gets better.

Im doing the pro opt now. Is it easy not at all im on day 4. You will be just fine

Im on day two

I'm doing the pre-opt diet now and I'm on day two. I'm not going to lie it's hard but I'm looking at the reward at the end.

So I have a co-worker who was banded in February, and when I tell you she has been helping me, she is a God Send. I'm half way through my my first day of pre-surgery liquid diet. When I felt myself getting hungry I went for a walk and it helped. I see that when the hungry pains come in to drink water and do things to take your mind off of it. Mind Over Matter!! I will be checking back in tomorrow. Plus I will be doing before and after pic's soon. Jan 21, 2013 will be here before I no it.

Hello all, I coming to the end of my day two of liquids, I did better today than I did yesterday. Yesterday I had the headach from hell. But I'm doing a lot better today no headach. 12 days to go
