you are doing great , That dcotor isnt very proffesional to make you feel that way , you should tell him so . or find a better doctor . 50 is great . you wont be loosing at the same speed all the time ,just keep on trying ;]

I got a fill a week or so ago, and 9 days later I had to have it taken right back out . I was sick the whole week . nurse told me to come in sooner next time . She also said I had inflimation and that only gets worse so I had to have some taken out . Has this ever happened to any one , Why does it happen and how can I prevent it again . Its happened twice to me recently and I'm not want to get another fill for fear of it happening again . Thanks for your support ;] Dawn

Help me i have acid reflux ,how do I get rid of it ? I'm having fluid taken out tomorrow .I have lost 9 pounds in 9 days . I am sick of being sick !!

I live in columbia , moved here for texas a year a go . I've had my band for a year now .

Give your self some time you just got it , you will ajust to it and feel so happy when you start loosing , hang in there ;]

I got a fill today and I am full after eating a pop cycle . almost too full .

How do I stop eating sugar ?? i want to break that habbit !!

Yes , it is hard watching my family eat what ever they want to , We traveld "moved " right after my surgery and the only place to eat was fast food . Just think of the weight loss , I was so happy when I weighted and lost a pound every two days , in the begining . I have slipped back in to my snacking and eat sugar agian . I'm so tired of thinking of what to eat . Making two different meals for dinner is getting old . I think maybe I will give my self a reward to get back on track . Hard to think of the reward ;]

I have lost wieght in my face , butt legs and arms first , middle is taking its good all time and my boobs are the same , come on b cups .

I dont count calories ;[ I focus on protiens and try not to eat Ice cream My doctor only puts 1/2 because I was throwig up ,couldn't lay down with out getting sick . I had to wait a few months because of insurance reasons , I moved to another state .I wanted my insurance to cover it . I eat more then a 1/2 cup at each meal . Dont feel that much of a restriction yet , I have 4 1/2 cc I get a fill every month by the end of the month I can eat more than in the first part .

Hello , I'm Dawn I had the lap band a year ago Aug 26th . I had my first fill in Jan. I have lost 20 pounds and have stopped loosing .I really need some support and friend ship .
