Well I'm on it for 10days the 1st 7days r full liquids meanin I can have sugar-free juice, sugar-free jello, sugar-free popsicles, yougurt, sugar-free pudding, cream soup and Shakes.. The last 3days I can only have clear liquids chicken broth,sugar-free popsicles, n sugar-free jello -

I have da same brand of shakes havent tryed it yet but i hear alot of people talkin about them sayin they are really good so I hope its true i only one kind tho its the Cappuccino one.. Im thinkin about tryin the vanilla one n fuzzy navel -

At my pre-admission appointment been since 8:20am got all my paperwork done, EKG, n Blood work just waitin to get my chest X-Ray .. Start my pre-op diet next Monday n Surgery is Oct 25
