Yeah. Well made it through the first day of the final three. I emailed w the patient coordinator and she said that if you cheat on the three day cleanse, the Dr will be able to tell when he or she opens you up. Is this true? -

Well 3 days and counting tell my surgery in PV with Doctor Lopez and doctor osuna this liquid diet and 3 day cleanse has been the toughest thing I think I have ever done just finishing up my first day of clear liquids only I feel like I'm going to chew of somebody's arms I hope I can make it to Wednesday which is when my surgery is -

Having really bad hunger issues today -
Down 8 lbs. Messed up alittle tonight. Had a small bowl of steamed rice. Hopefully wont hurt me but i have been alittle sick since i had it.

so far so good...had my morning shake, 30 min of walking all good..not thinking too much about food. Been drinking alot of water..

I had a hopspital stay last year due to light headedness, but they could not find anything wrong. Did all the tests, nothing. I do have high bp, but I am assuming that isnt a problem for getting the surgery. I have been taking meds for it, but its been so up and down. Surgery couldnt come sooner! -

Heard it was nice. Probably gonna upgrade our room to a ocean view room. -
Sounds good. We arent super high bmi ers, but we both are looking forward to living a healthier lifestyle. Wish we could go next week, but I guess 3 weeks isnt that far off.
