I haven't had surgery yet, but it is all I think about!! I find myself always wondering what changes (besides weight) will happen post op. I find that I am ALWAYS hot and sweaty (especially in the face)...I am hoping with the weightloss, sweatloss will come hand in hand. Pleeeeeaaasssee someone say yes! Lol

I don't mind when working out but just standing around? Ugh I hate it! I can only imagine how bad I am going to be come menopause

Thanks everyone! I feel like I have been talking to sooo many people (who have been great). I love that everyone here is really happy with their docs! but hate that it's also what has made my decision harder lol. I think I am leaning towards Dr. Ponce. I can't have it done until Dec., because of school but I am REALLY looking forward to it!

That's great! How are you doing with the transition? Are you able to tolerate good yet?

I am sure I will tell more people (especially my family) after it's done. That way they will just have to accept me and my smaller stomach I am just keeping quiet before hand so that I can make my own decision without everyone chiming in...

I am 5'8 @238 lbs...my bmi is 36. I want to have the surgery done in Dec. I would like to about 70lbs. I wondered the same thing. I go back and 4th with feeling guilty since I have less than 100lbs to lose but then I remind myself I have been trying to lose this weight on my own for years now. I have mastered losing some and re-gaining more :/ I haven't told anyone besides my husband, mother, & sister. I am just not in the mood to hear any negativity about or opionions on how they think I should lose it. I am also going to have to self pay so I am going to Mexico (i really dont want to hear my family and/or friends opinions on that either). I am really nervous tho.
