I am having surgery in Dec. W/ Dr. Ponce and although I feel like I have asked some good questions, I want to make sure I am not missing anything. Can you pls,share the questions you had for your Doc and/or coordinator? Thanks!!

I completely get it! I am sad on all of the cute mom and kids pics I have missed out on because I felt too uncomfotable in front of a camera. The funny thing is instead of feeling depressed, I feel quite the opposite! I am looking forward to my kids bday parties and taking pictures. I can't wait to have my surgery and get this photo shoot going!!

I have thick curly hair and I really like the ouidad line..it tames and shapes my curls. Its sulfate free (which is extremely important for us). I used the leavin in moisture lock conditioner and the humid and frizz control gel. There is also a 12minute deep treatment thats good to use once a week at least for a month and then once a month after. For what ever product you choose try your best to stay away from sulfate. (in your shampoo and conditioner too) Good luck!

That's why I only told a selective few. Some friends and family can be very judgemental. I am nervous and worried without their negative comments so I will not allow them an opportunity to make me feel horrible. I am making this decision for me, my health, and my children. I sometimes wish people would think before they speak or judge.

I am about to hit the send button to book my flights for Mex in December. Having surgery with Dr.Ponce and although I have been actively doing my research , I would like to be EXTRA confident and sure. So how do we verify their actual lisence and verify that they are an actual bariatric surgeon?
