Get your body in Ketosis mode and trust m eyou will lose some pounds an dit will get you back on track. So do Ketosis for 3 days I asure u it will help.

Hi there, sorry if the post it's too long but I can totally relate or not if that makes any kind of sense lol!! I too have been obese since I was five I'm about six weeks post-op and including my two weeks pre-op I have lost a total of 42lbs =) Ok well since my highest weight was 445lbs I knew it was going to take at least 100lbs fo rpeople to notice it because I was just too big. This year i've been hiding and not going ut that much because I did no tliked what I saw. In the mean time I got bigger so some people if they see me they probably wont see a difference cause I'll look the same since they last saw me. People in my daily life and that know about it ( cause not alot op people know about it) look out for those difference and sometimes I think they are just trying to be nice. So to make story short ( well shorter lol) I'm documeting my journey on Youtube and even with nice comments and my clothes fiiting better ect. It still took me 10 videos to really see what my family claim to see in my face at least Ifinally saw it 2 days ago =) I want the pat on th eback too but then again i'm so insecure that I don't believe people. Anyway why don't you try documenting you weight loss jouney on youtube, or here in the photo section or if you are not cofortable with that so a picture scrapbook for yourself do it like every 10lbs or so or what ever you choose even better do it with the same clothes so you can see the differnce. I did it for m eyes fo rhealt because my quality of life was seriiously detirioating =( however I would be a lie to say I did'nt do it for other reasons as well. #1 my mom it has been her dream to se me fit all he rlife ( i've been big since I was five) I want to make her happy. # I want to look good I don't think i'm a beauty but I think i'm pretty and lately I hated my image. I want to be able to look in the mirror and not hate myself anymore. I want to take full body pictures and not just from the "girls" up lol!! I want to finish the Toledo, Spain City Tour that I coul dont finish last year because I got so tired from walking that I hoestlt tought I ws goin gto faint. I had to go back and wait for evrybody else about 3 hrs in our meeting point =( I'm doing thi sto be proud of myself =) Here is the link to my Youtube channel were I document my Journey here i smy last video I did today and I actually did a full shot still feel kind of uneasy about it. This is a hard Journey.

First, congrat son your baby, second u still have your band use it! go to your doctor and see if you need to get a fill or something, start again sweetie and do ketosis to get you body going again ok

Well when your body enters Ketosis mode it used your fat as energy instead of your carbs ( hence the weight loss). If you decide to do it please keep me posted hope it helps =) Hi there, welll is quite simple actually only thing is that I suck at cooking so my menu is pretty simple but if you are good with cooking than by all means get creative ok. *So basically its six meals a day ( Ketosis it's only for 3 days ok) * eat every 3 hrs or so * No salt * drink one gallon of distilled Water per day ( very important) * Green veggies ( only green veggies are aloud) *Protein ( egg whites (3 eggwhites if you are a female 4 if you are a male), fish, tuna, chicken, beef with no fat, tofu, soy,etc.) So this is what you do try to start at 7 or 8am so you wont finish that late at night ok. Well first meal its ONLY protein, second meal protein AND veggies, second meal ONLY protein,third meal, protein AND Veggies and so on ok.it's one and one. Make sure you get all that gallon of water in ok or as much as possible the more water the better. ok so I survive those 3 days with *Tuna in water ( if you can find with no sodium great if not its ok) *Canned chicken breast ( regular chicken is too hard for me ever since the band was placed) *Tilapia Fish Beef like ground meat or tureky ( I stick with white meat becaus eit's easie rfo rme to cook * Broccoli, cucumbers,lettuce, Zuqquini ( hope I spelled that right ( I really don't like vegatables only this four) * Distilled water any brand ( make sure is distilled ok) Recommendations: *I use Mr. Dash Seasonings to season my food it has no sodium ( salt) pick whatever you like. I personally like the chipotle, and lemon pepper. You can findd them at walmart. *Before the band 4oz of protein it's the amount of food you should eat and vegetables 1cup - since i'm getting my first fill next week I really don't have alot of restriction I ate about 3oz of protein an dlike half of cup of veggies when I ate both, when only doing protein I probably finished the whole 4oz tuna can. So portion I guess you have to figure out your stomach ok. * if you have a job and it's hard to get Breakfast you can drink a Protein shake in the morning but only if you really have too ok. *If you get hungry in between you can eat some pieces of cucumber those have absolutely no calories. I hate drinking water and I get sick of it I recommend some Mio to flavor the water it has no calories, carbs, sugar, and most important no sodium. * exercice that helps alot *If you get a headeche try some black cofee to help you ( headache sometime happen from lack of sugar) Ok I think it's everything hope this helps you ok. I just did one I started on wednesday morning and finished friday night by saturday morning I weighted myself and I ha dlost 5lbs =) Please remember that you only do this when you get stalled or at the very least once every four weeks. If you ant your body in ketosis mode long term do some reasearch because I still have not learned it yet ok. Please up-date me in your progress. Best of luck!!

when you get stuck give ketosis a go its only 3 days sweetie, totally healthy and it shocks you body you lose a few lbs in the process and then it gets your body going again I learned from this nutritionist. now I only lost 7lbs in 3 weeks and I freaked out I did Ketosis and lost 5lbs from wednesday morning til saturday morning =) and I'm hoping my body is back in track again and i'll keep losing now that i'm off kitosis. IF you dont now what ketosis is look it up or I'll be more than happy to tell you how to do it. No pills, or expensive food or products like some people think.

Please don't be depressed we are all here for you give Kitosis a go and see if that helps if u have questions about how to do ketosis i'll be more tah happy to tell you. I know it sounds weird but its totally healthy nutitionist recommend it and there are no pills invloved or expensive foods or products. Take care!

Omg!! reading this makes feel like a total pain in the ass ( please excuse my language) I was banded on august 21, 2012 and I was in a 2wks pre-op ( not a liquid diet) and lost 17lbs, 2 week spost-op I lost 12, and then I did not weighted my self until tuesday of this week when I got my new scale and I had only lost 7lbs in 20 days. I went crazy I though thet it was not normal. I though I was getting off-track so I got my body in ketosis mode ( which is great if you are stalling it makes you body get going again) So ketosis I only do for 3 days. So I started on wednesday morning and by this saturday morning I had lost five pounds so I am now 41lbs down =) now if you do ketosis- if you dont know how to maintain long term healthy ketosis diet like I myself don't know long term please only do the 3 days and you can only do it once every four weeks or only if you stalled.

well thats definately a bummer =( weight loss should help you be a better version of you not the other way around. Hope things get better with you and you sister in-law an dmine as well.
