18 lbs in a month is awesome ! Be kind to yourself ! Remember 2 lbs a week is the goal

I didn't ask how many cc's I have Gish I had asked I go back next week and I'll ask He really didn't want to remove any Glad my hubby was there and spoke up !

Hi LA Lady We were banded the same day I also have the gas pain Also my throat is really sore The intubation did it but it's really bad and now when I wake up my mouth is totally dry Not one drop of saliva I have to keep water next to me to wet my mouth I don't know why this is happening Did they pay for your tooth? Good luck !

I'm new Banded 9/20 When I drink it feels like pressure In the middle of my chest When you eat solid food is it an uncomfortable pressure in your chest ? Do you feel full on the belly or higher up ? -

My Dr said to take the pain meds Being in pain hinders healing -
I am 6 days post op and I slept for 4 days I had more pain than I expected like burning hot knives in my left side And bad gas Couldn't drink without pain Dr took 2 cc out of the band yesterday and I feel better today

I have severe heart burn I took milk of magnesia and finally went to the bathroom Water even gives me heartburn and the protien shake kill me. Needless to say I am weak from not eating. I'm going to the Dr tomorrow. Hope he can do something I wonder if I did the right thing getting banded!

I'm from Florida I've been thinking of lapband since my cousin had it done a year ago I decided to try Went to seminar in June Insurance won't pay Borrowed from my 401k And I'm on my way (hmm kinda turned poetic) But it's been that fast I'm scheduled for Sept 20th Can't wait to walk without pain!! I love this group Tons of help Good luck everyone !!!
