If I bend over a lot my port ached Like cleaning floors etc. It's just starting to feel better from 9/20 surgery -
Thanks so much Dr keeps telling me Gas Ex It doesn't help Going to eliminate different foods to try and find which food is causing the pain I can't wait to get home and try the milk of magnesia I'll forever love you if this works !!!

I had surgery 9/20 I still have some pain under my left breast Especially after drinking too much Water How can you tell what's causing the pain? I think it's gas but I'm not sure! I really have no clue how the band should feel!!! I didn't think my band would involve pain!

My weight varies daily within 4-5 lbs depending on the time of day ! I think it's normal -
8oz of food is not the same as volume in a measuring cup Food has different mass and volume A cup of pork chop weighs different than a cup of lettuce for example A cup really is a guide ... Just stop eating when you get a sign from your band My sign is I hic-up ! Good luck

Yes I also had the same When I woke up I kept telling the nurse I couldn't breathe She said my oxygen level was good It took a few weeks to feel normal Good Luck

That's great I had a lot of post op pain for three days Before you know it you will be skinny !

You are a very funny lady Thanks for making me smile I mostly eat eggs, tuna , fish, canned pears, Greek yogurt I am not allowed veggies and beans and such I'd stay away from them !!! I hope you don't explode ! LOL Surgery date 9/20/12 -

Had my surgery 9/20 Started soft food last Thursday Had tuna for lunch but now t have pain in my band area and did not eat dinner Now I'm worried Can too much physical activity hurt my band only 3 weeks after surgery? I did not lift anything Only heavy house cleaning like scrubbing floors. Maybe I ate lunch too fast? I know I'm a worry wart but I'm a self pay and don't have extra money if something goes wrong ! Any thoughts?

Got my band 9/20/12 Ate my first "real" food today Not drinking with dinner was the worst part ! So I have a question If we wait 30 minutes to drink so we doesn't wash the food thru the band, How does the food stay in there after 30 minutes? Won't it wash away 30 minutes later? I really don't get this part ! Splain Lucy !
