Hey Folks,,,A big Hello... I hope this post finds you all in the best of health & spirits...Come tomorrow & it will be 4 months since i had surgery..what can i say, the journey has just been amazing,,,the first signs of loosing flab, overly curious office gang , the increased attention from the male fraternity & the amazing compliments... the topping on the cake -- the person who looks back at me in the mirror. And for the very first time,i have some snaps to show off,,, Not to say, that, i haven't had bad times...the 2 days post op were horrible & there have been times i have choked on food, but God graciously,my sleeve has behaved very well. Eating the way i eat now,has become a part of my being. People around me have come to realize that no amount of nagging will make me increase my portion size. I fitted into a size 32 jeans ystdy for the very first time in my life,,down from a 36/38 . For the weight.. Now as a month 4 celebration -- I am getting a cycle today !!! Will cycle to the yoga center every morning & to the beach every evening for a walk. Hopefully...i shuld be fitting into a size 30 jeans at my 6 month anniversary !!! I will work for it !!!

Going to be 25 in 9days & have never.... got kissed had a boy friend Worn a bikini been to a wedding (never fitted in the pretty Indian wear) seen myself skinny ......& i am changing all of this,Come July & i am heading to Goa,wearing a bikini,lounging on the beach & getting kissed.. i will do whatever it takes in the next 4months to looses all this flab & get that host body...... "This is what i want & i will work to go get it.."

I am 11days out of surgery & went to my 1st post op consult ystdy -- doc has asked me to start eplitical & gymming, just crunches & heavy weights are a no-no....Also,the diet has to be full liquids,except for gatorade when i exercise.

I think you are having too much... a can of tomato soup must be taken in 2servings at-least.....apple sauce is too much carbs & i hope the milk is the fat free variety coz that too will be very heavy on the 1 week old stomach.

Good Morning Guys, its Jan29th, 9:30am,here in India & Day 2 at work begins !!! Day 1 went off smoothly,i was dead when i reached home 9 hours later & to my surprise,slept super soundly for 13hrs straight.....that is how tired i was !!! Today i am better equipped - have got Gatorade & tomato soup along - so that i don't end up completely grazed & swiped out !!! Also,the first sign of weight loss is beginning to appear,my shirt is a little loose on the arms ..... Cheers !!!!

Workout..& use Vitamin E capsules instead of any costly creams..massage yur abdomen,hands & ties with it,after you bath post workout. Put in a little time in the massage...the elasticity will fall in place

Hey Debrry, That's the thing with me too- i can have entire bowl of soup,when my doc has put me on Clear liquids & has asked to have 60ml every 2hours, but tht's maybe bcoz i am having every 3-4hours,,,its come as a surprise .. Its my first day back at work today,exactly 7days after the surgery -- its just started, lets see how i do.
