Hello my name is Kerri. I am 24 years old and am finally taking control of my life. I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. I have been on every diet and tried every form of exercise out there, but nothing has stayed with me. I am now a stay home mom to a little girl and I want to be healthy so I am an active mom in her life. I also want to teach her to eat healthy now so she doesnt struggle in life as I did. My brother has always been skinny and active and healthy. I was always known as "Bobbys" sister and never know as Kerri. He is great at ALL sports and I sat the bench on most everything. He wore the latest fashions while I wore what I could fit in. I take nothing away from him I am thankful he is able to be so healthy, but it was always hard knowing I was never going to be anyone. Now I am ready to find myself. I am ready for the world to know me as KERRI not bobbys sister. This journey I am taking isnt a quick fix it is something to help me establish portion control so with this tool I KNOW I am going to succeed!
