My Highest weight was 445 and with eating 5x per day and working out at least 4x per week, I dropped down to 395. I've been contemplating weight loss surgery for the last 3 years but hadn't pursued it because of fear. Im 31 y.o. and I now fear that if I keep this weight it will most definitely shorten my life. I have been seeing a nutritionist for the past 4 months and its just plain hard to lose weight. I have been eating like once or twice a day for the past 10 years and I gained a ton of weight. It really didn't help with me doing that after my last child out of 5, c-section, tubal ligation, and the weight just stayed and kept building on. Now Im completely miserable, depressed, and I want my life back. I should be able to get the LapBand within next 4-8 weeks hopefully.
