Hey friends! I'm pretty new to this but have been battling my decision of the Lapband for over a year now. I have finally decided to make the decision to go forward with this life-changing experience. Over all I need to better myself, my health & my lifestyle. I'm looking forward on to embarking on this journey (but quite nervous) and hope I can find friends to share & relate to through out all this.
