Hello,
I am new to the forum, I am in my 4th month of weighing in with lifestyles. I started at 269 and I lost 14 pounds, but my second weigh in I gained two back. I am worried if I gain this month I will have to start over. I am down 12 pounds all together. Anyone have any tips?
