I am 24 and I have been dealing with my weight my whole life. The first "diet" I ever went on was when I was 13 years old, and it has been the same pattern for 10 years.... 15-25 lbs off, then 20-30 lbs on.... 15-25 lbs off, then 20-30 lbs on.... and that pattern has repeated more times then I can even remember.[/background][/size]
