Hi all! My surgery date is May 14th so that means I start my meal replacements on April 30ish. I can only have 700-900 calories a day. My question is how did y'all keep your mind off of your hunger (aside from keeping your eye on the prize...the surgery date). I'm known to get crafty from time to time but not sure how many crafts it is going to take to keep me from remembering I'm hungry lol. I'm going through this break-up with food and I get so worried it's going to call trying to win my love back ! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'm new of course. My surgery date is May 14th. I really am excited and not having second thoughts but I've been a bit on the sad side. I think its because it's 4 days after my birthday and that means no bday dinner or cake. It's the first real big change I'm going to have to make. I keep having the "last meal" thoughts also and am not looking forward to the 2 weeks of meal replacements before surgery. Are these feelings anything close to normal?
