    Thank you again Lisha73! i can only have protein shakes...the only soup i can have is optifast and it isn't sold anywhere here and it isn't sold on their website...too expensive on ebay and amazon so i'll just stick to the shakes lol

    Thank you Lisha73! I did survive, barely...lol. I tried to get my fourth in but couldn't make it all the way through. I drank the rest when I got up today. I went and bought some Nectar in Crystal Sky. I'm hoping it will help break up the monotony of chocolate shakes. I just so want to actually EAT something, ya know? I am so emotional right now and I'm hoping its just my body trying to get used to this.

    I haven't tried any of Nectar...I saw them on the bariatric advantage page but wasn't sure about them

    2 weeks of 5 shakes a day. My surgery is on May 14th.

    Thanks! I actually couldn't smell nor taste the Protein in this one. I think the coffee helped mask it lol...next up is chocolate Protein shake, strawberries and bananas!

    My surgery date is May 14th. I start my 2 week liquid diet Tuesday. 5 shakes a day only for 2 weeks is not going to be fun...I've already apologized to my co-workers

    Is anyone on a full liquid diet for their pre-op using meal replacement shakes? I have to do 3-5 shakes a day having only 700-900 calories a day. I'm trying to figure out how I am going to manage.

    Hi! I'm having my surgery May 14th and go in for my pre-op appt on Thursday, April 25th. Any suggestions on the questions I should ask? I've started a list but I want to make sure I ask everything. This is my first surgery/hospital stay so I really don't know what to expect. Any help is much appreciated!
