You would only need something to wear home..suggest a comfortable dress that u wear around the house. U will have a hosp gown -
Sleeved July 26 didn't do ANY preop diet actually I indulged in all my fav foods 1 day b4 surg I was on soft foods...down 27lbs as of aug 9

I'm 2wks and 2 days post op and my mom made some of her famous chicken salad she put in food processor for me and it was delicious..don't know how far out u are but I can do chicken salad just can't really enjoy like I want to becuz I get full off 1 damn cracker w/chicken salad..now that's frustration

I'm a scary cat and avoided Upper GI in the past and when I did have it was a piece of cake..u will be sedated u will be fine painless

I did chicken salad same as tuna used chicken instead w/boil eggs on wheat thins

I'm told it will make us full faster making no more room for other food if consuming with bread..differs for everyone my friend is 4weeks post op and she can eat 1/3 of a 6in subway

I was sleeved 7/26/12 and my mom and I was just saying when the renaissance festival come We would save money becuz we won't be able to eat all that delicious food. I won't deprive my self but we will be splitting food 3 ways. Mom was sleeved 8/9/12

My pastor wife had bypass 5yrs ago at the age of 50 and she has no loose skin she is bikini ready. Based on individual, elastic in skin, protein and water in take and race/age -

I don't see why u will be denied becuz of a non par hosp. I was going to have mine @bayshore in Pasadena when my paper work was submitted to my carrier by Nuweigh but I changed hosp at the last minute to a non par hospital (university general) I was still approved but they (the hosp) honor in network benefits because I was a nuweigh patient -

Yes I'm in your boat I have my appt next week and I only have 1 strip still attached! Some People have drainages after surgery also (ouch) I wouldn't wanna see that mess daily..my incisions are nice and small cant hardly see them -

@walmart the bag is $10 the tub is $19 I drink the chocolate and I can now eat soft foods but I'm stuck to my yummy protein..my 14yr old drinks damn near all of it! I had to double up last week becuz of her! I bought strawberry also it taste more like a smoothie, added some frozen strawberry/bannana and ice but I'm addicted to the chocolate -
This is the realist post all the goody to shoes must be sleep...LOL..pineapple is my favorite fruit when can I start eating it again
